The sap has all ran and been boiled! We’re gonna be swimming in maple syrup! Maple cocktails. Maple food. Maple cider. Maple beer. Maple maple! We’ll have it all! We’ll also be releasing Maple Bourbon Rugged Individualism, an imperial stout aged in a used maple barrel from Tibbitts Maple in New Hartford. A Woodland beer release wouldn’t be complete without some goodies from the cellar so we might as well pull out some kegs and bottles of our Maple Bourbon Bergian (2022), Maple Bourbon Doppelbock (2023), and more! If that isn’t enough maple for you, we’ll also be pouring some guest beers from some of our favorite local breweries! The folks from Tibbitts Maple will also be on hand with some of their locally produced maple goodness!
